Allison Jackson — Hospital Manager
Allison has been working in the veterinary industry for over 20 years. She graduated from Ripon College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry with an emphasis in Pre-Veterinary Medicine. She later went back to school and received her Master’s in Management and Leadership. She is a certified trainer of Dogtra collars, a pet sitter, and a long-time member of Therapy Dogs International. Her background has primarily been working with dogs and cats, as well as some large animals, and she looks forward to the challenge of acquainting herself with the variety of exotics that the hospital sees.
Barbara Luce — Veterinary Technician
Barb, who has a long career as a veterinary technician, joined the Littleton Animal Hospital team in 2009. She is an experienced breeder of Labrador Retrievers and has lots of advice for new dog owners.
In her free time, Barb visits local nursing homes with her therapy dogs and takes them to regular obedience classes. She also competes her dogs in shows for titles in obedience, rally and the breed ring. Barb loves working with avian and exotic patients and has adopted a few birds and rabbits into her family. She also owns cats and goats!
Tracy Marshall — Veterinary Technician
Tracy has been at Littleton Animal Hospital since 2002, starting as a receptionist. She transitioned to veterinary technician two years later. Mornings find Tracy working in surgery, and she is responsible for all hospital inventory.
At home, Tracy has two cats and a one-legged quaker parakeet. She attended North American Veterinary Community (NAVC) in Florida in January 2012 for continuing education in order to provide the best care for your pets.
Emma Stratton — Veterinary Technician
Emma has been with Littleton Animal Hospital since early 2018, but she has worked in the veterinary field for several years. She loves working with pocket pets, and she has a special interest in exotic husbandry and habitat enrichment. She currently has a rabbit, a chinchilla, and a mouse. In her free time, Emma likes to garden, knit, and sew.
Emily Rusling-Flynn — Veterinary Technician
Emily started working at Littleton Animal Hospital in September of 2018 after working in the veterinary field for a little over a year. She has a small family of rescued misfits that consists of three dogs, two cats, two hamsters, a hedgehog and a snake. In her spare time, she enjoys taking her dogs for hikes and reading.
Julie Bradford — Veterinary Technician
Julie joined the Littleton Animal Hospital family in January 2019. Prior to that, she has been a certified technician in Maine, New Hampshire, Maryland and Michigan. She started her career with animals on her family's dairy farm in rural New Hampshire. Julie's passion is client education and preventative medicine.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, gardening and crafts.
Sasha Bruso — Veterinary Technician
Sasha has been with Littleton Animal Hospital since June of 2018, but she has been working in the Veterinary field since 2011. She can be found helping at the front desk, down in our boarding department, or assisting the technicians out back!
She loves working with animals and always being able to learn something new. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son, Waylon, and going for hikes with their four dogs Honey, Aiza, Copper, and Ranger!
Sonia Joshi — Lead Client Care Specialist
Sonia is the client care specialist lead of Littleton Animal Hospital. She has been working in the veterinary field for the past 3 years, building experience working in an emergency and specialty hospital. She is passionate about all animals and especially loves to work with exotics. In her spare time, she enjoys walks, baking, as well as long drives up to mountains.
Melanie Pierce — Client Care Specialist
Melanie joined LAH on January 2019. She always had a love for animals, so she decided to leave her job of 5 years as a home health, certified nurses', and supportive care aide to join LAH
Melanie's passions are running and spending time with her kids and family. In her free time, she loves to run, walk her pups and to go to concerts with her daughter.
