Allison Jackson — Hospital Manager
Allison has been working in the veterinary industry for over 20 years. She graduated from Ripon College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry with an emphasis in Pre-Veterinary Medicine. She later went back to school and received her Master’s in Management and Leadership. She is a certified trainer of Dogtra collars, a pet sitter, and a long-time member of Therapy Dogs International. Her background has primarily been working with dogs and cats, as well as some large animals, and she looks forward to the challenge of acquainting herself with the variety of exotics that the hospital sees.
Declan O' Day — Veterinary Technician
Declan’s passion for animals started as a little kid, trying to “save” the wildlife in his backyard and convincing his parents for a number of pets. He started his career in 2011 at a small practice near his hometown working in the kennels for 2 years. He took a short break to obtain his Bachelors of Science in Biology with a concentration in Wildlife from Framingham State University. He returned to their team as a technician in 2015.
Driven by a desire to learn more, he left In February 2019 to join a practice in Westborough, MA, working under our manager Allison for a short time and developing his skills in surgery. Declan joined LAH as a technician in September 2019, drawn in by his interest in wildlife and exotics. Declan can be found assisting in surgery or helping treat our many patients. You can also catch him cuddling with a reptile or two!
Outside of work Declan enjoys painting and exploring the outdoors. He spends most of his time with his girlfriend and their little family; Archie (a basset/bulldog mix), Potato (a senior cat), and Freddie Mercury (a Bearded Dragon).
Barbara Luce — Veterinary Technician
Barb, who has had a long career as a veterinary technician, joined Littleton Animal Hospital full-time in 2008, after spending 24 years at another animal hospital. Her special interests in avian and exotic medicine were what drew her to us. She offers great tips and advice to all of our avian and exotic pet owners.
Barb has owned Labradors for many years and spent time at training classes with her boys for show competitions. She has received many ribbons and titles while showing in the Breed, Rally, and Obedience rings. Showing is a true passion of hers.
In her spare time, Barb loves the outdoors and spending time with her husband, John, and their menagerie of pets, including two yellow Labs, Kavan and Kasen, a rescue named Kelly, a number of birds, two cats, a bunny, a chinchilla, and two goats.
Tracy Marshall — Veterinary Technician
Tracy started at Littleton Animal Hospital in 2002 as a receptionist. She became a veterinary technician two years later. For years, she been responsible for all hospital inventory and ordering. She has special interests in avian and exotic medicine and she attended the North American Vet Conference (NAVC) in Florida to receive continuing education regarding best pet care practices.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys the outdoors with her son, Mason, and her 3-year-old twin girls, Paige and Kelli. Together, they own and care for Spike their uromastyx (lizard) and axolotl, Dart.
Julie Bradford — Veterinary Technician
Julie joined the Littleton Animal Hospital family in January 2019. She is a 2005 graduate of the Vermont Technical College Veterinary Technology program. She has been a certified technician in Maine, New Hampshire, Maryland, and Michigan and is now happy to call Massachusetts home. Julie started her career with animals on her family's dairy farm in rural New Hampshire. She is passionate about client education and preventative medicine.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and her four legged family members; a goofy lab named Blaze and two fancy rats, Rizzo and Ratigan.
Sasha Bruso — Technician Assistant
Sasha has been with Littleton Animal Hospital since June of 2018, but she has been working in the Veterinary field since 2011. She can be found helping at the front desk, down in our boarding department, or assisting the technicians out back!
She loves working with animals and always being able to learn something new. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son, Waylon, and going for hikes with their four dogs Honey, Aiza, Copper, and Ranger!
Katie Farinha — Technician Assistant
Katie was hired at Littleton Animal Hospital in October 2017 to be the manager of the boarding facility. Since then, she has trained to become a Technician Assistant.
Katie continues to follow her passion and is working towards becoming a Technician. As a step towards this goal, she recently enrolled in the Penn Foster Online Veterinary Technician Program. Although she loves working with our canine patients the most, she enjoys all the patients that are seen at the hospital.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, 2 dogs, a cat, and a chinchilla.
Ian — Technician Assistant
Ian has been working at Littleton Animal Hospital since mid 2019. He is passionate about animals and the environment and enjoys spending time outdoors.
Melanie Pierce — Client Care Specialist
Melanie joined LAH in January 2019. She always had a love for animals, so she decided to leave her CNA job of five years as a to join Littleton Animal Hospital.
Melanie's passions are running and spending time with her kids and family. In her free time, she loves to run, walk her pups, and to go to concerts with her daughter.
Sonia Joshi — Client Care Specialist
Sonia joined the Littleton family in April of 2018. She has been working in the veterinary field for the past 3 years, building experience working in an emergency and specialty hospital. She is passionate about all animals and especially loves to work with exotics, and you may refer to her as the cat lady of the Littleton family! In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies, walks, baking, and long drives up to the mountains.
